My business and client relations philosophies are so simple yet highly effective: I believe in honest, educated, exceptional service. I understand clients want clear, concise and unbiased advice to help them make decisions based on solid, thoroughly researched information and options tailored to their specific needs. I believe clients want a Realtor who will share conscientious professional advice and support them through every step of the process.

While I am a highly motivated self-starter, my success also is built on relationships. Through my carefully nurtured collaboration with proven mortgage officers, inspectors, title and insurance agents, repair professionals and more, my clients enjoy access to outstanding resources. Real estate investment is a team effort, and I’m known for a warm and accessible personality, and savvy people skills, that help make the process effortless. I handle high-stress situations and navigate conflict with calm determination, always working toward the solution.

Another passion is my desire to seek out education and innovation that benefit my clients. I religiously follow market trends and uncover the best techniques for buying, selling and investing. I host weekly in-office seminars during which expert guest speakers from all walks of the industry share their knowledge. I maintain strong ties with industry networking and education groups. I understand demographics, marketing and technology unlike any other Realtor and use all three to my full advantage. As mom to two children, I have extensive knowledge of area schools as well as child-centric businesses, services and professionals. I’m always on the lookout for client opportunities, and I know when and how to capitalize on them.
